This is the group from Lanus Este that went to Icano for their Mission Trip. It is their second year. Icano is a very poor area. The membership (los hermanos y hermanas) of Lanus Este made and collected clothing and toys for the people of Icano. One member donated a doll with hand-made clothes and even a hand made mattress and matching linens for the doll bed.
The trip was about 1200 KM to the interior and lasted 4 days. In addition to providing needed clothes and toys, some of their trip involved hanging drywall in the church and laying brick.
Most of the members of Lanus Este aren't very well off themselves but they give anyway.
